Recently retired, he spent the last 4.5 years as Director of Analyst Relations for Infrastructure Services at AWS. Previously, he held prominent positions at Ovum and HfS and spent over 10 years at Gartner as one of its first analysts. He also ran his own analyst boutique firm for 10 years and worked as an AR advisor for PR firms Waggener Edstrom and Hill & Knowlton.
